This is Great News! if ACC Warranty Services is acutually going to cover Country Coach motorhomes now that the factory is dead. Maybe someone will get the parts now for once!

ACC Warranty was too expensive when we checked with them. They wanted over $1700 up front for a two year warranty on a 2001 Allure so we stayed with the Good Sam for $150 a month.

these guys get the parts overnited to you and the good sam csp has made us wait for days before to get a part before

so to us it is sure worth the money to not have to hassle with waiting around for days on end just to get a part!

    no complaints on our part.

That is great news because otherwise none of the dealers want to work on Country Coach now that they are factory direct.

We have no support for our new coach now that CC has changed their business model and I am not considering driving 2500 miles to go to the factory for service.

I welcome any company that wants to step up and handle some CC issues.

GOOD SAM ESP Extended Protection Plan is much harder to deal with than the folks at acc. Right now we are still covered by both plans because we had already pre-paid acc for 2 years and it is about to run out and we just took out the Good sam plan because acc went up in price this time. Good sam has had me waiting for 3 days to approve a repair for us and so I sent it to acc too and they ok’d it in about ten minutes for me. Just my personal experience so far…we still love the good sam towing.

Good Sam CSP rv warranty update – we have got the repair approved by the good sam warranty now after almost a week. that is great since we have already gotten it fixed by someone else. also, why has good sam changed to name of the CSP to the ESP. They have always said that they are not a rv warranty but that it is breakdown insurance and now we see all over the internet that they have hired a warranty company to run the show. maybe that is why csp is called esp now. not sure but it seems like the same thing to me.

Good Sam ESP has proven to be an excellent plan for our coach with only few exceptions. On a recent claim we attempted to file it was made clear to us that they do not cover any electrical issues that involve wiring. As a result of this clause we have had to pay over $2000 to replace our inverter this week. Learning as we go!
