the manager would only give me his name and address of the shop. the police refuse to to a report and said it was between the shop and me. i don’t have any other info and no witnesses. just a wrecked car which happened inside of hi shop. … 2)Contact the state governing agency that licenses the shop, it may be something like the bureau of automotive repair (BAR).
